Taq DNA polymerase
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Taq DNA polymerase is purified from the cloned Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase gene expressed in E. coli. It is recommended for use in routine PCR, TA cloning and primer extension.

Taq DNA polymerase (2.5U/µl) 1 vial (100 µl each)
10X Taq reaction buffer 1 vial
(800 ㎕ each) (with 25 mM Mg2+) dNTP mix (2.5 mM each) 1 vial (500 ㎕ each)
HQ buffer 1 vial (500 ㎕ each)
UNIT DEFINITION One unit is the amount of Taq DNA polymerase required to incorporate 10nmol of dNTP into acid insoluble product in 30 minutes at 72°C.
STORAGE CONDITION Taq DNA polymerase is stable for 6 months when stored in a constant temperature at -20°C.
