Very good product and good service

I'm not sure whether it's a calibration issue with the device or the strips are not upto the mark but there's a gap between what my Dr Morepan meter shows vis a vis the OnCall Plus readings for the same sample. OnCall Plus always shows a minimum difference of 10 to 12 points (lesser) with the Dr Morepan test results when done in parallel. At times this difference is of 25 points or more as well. Not very sure if this device is reliable at all! I tried to seek some help from Microsidd support but they chose to not respond even after I wrote multiple times to them. That's another issue. For a device that costs little if Microsidd thinks responding to my request may make them having to refund a few bucks then they have a very iffy strategy towards business. I can write off the pantry few 100s but will be wary of buying from them in future!

I have purchased regularly from Microsidd India and found the products always good with timely delivery.

Reliable product at good price.

The product origination is Germany and working fine. But the product is not supplied with any CODE CHIP which is a mandatory requirement for the product to be functioning

The order was promptly shipped by you, which is appreciable. But the services of the courier chosen, are worst. The shipment was scheduled to be delivered by 01.11.2025 but is delivered on 07.11.2025 and that too after my follow up with the courier twice. One more horrible instance, I would like to mention here is that the webpage of courier company's Jaipur office has a malicious fraudulent number. I ring on this number to know the status of delivery, immediately the person on other side asked me my WhatsApp number and sent me an apk file asking to open it. Luckily I was aware and didn't open the file otherwise I could have been defrauded.
