AMPHORA MiniPrep Plasmid DNA Purification kit is based on a modified alkaline-SDS lysis process for oprimised, high purity plasmid isolation from 1 to 3 ml bacterial cell culture. It contains sufficient buffers and reagents to perform 100 preparations. The purified plasmid DNA is ready for use in all molecular biology procedures such as digestion with restriction enzymes, PCR and sequencing.
STORAGE CONDITION stable for 6 months when stored in a constant temperature at -20°C.
