AMPHORA BAC MaxiPrep-250
It is designed to isolate BAC DNA from pellets obtained from 250ml of E.coli cell culture Procedure:
• Cell cultures are lysed, suspended and neutralized
• Genomic DNA is removed by enzymatic digestion
• Purification of DNA with Amphora Ion Exchange Resin
STORAGE CONDITION stable for 6 months when stored in a constant temperature at -20°C.
